Your First Visit
The most important part of your first visit is to be comfortable in our office. You’ll see that we are a very welcoming office and our staff is dedicated to ensuring you are comfortable and that you feel like a part of our office family.
Complete Your Forms
Before your first visit to our Grande Prairie Dental Clinic, you can fill out your New Patient Package on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you are unable to, then it can be done at the clinic as well. Please be sure to bring a list of medications you are currently taking. You’ll first be greeted with smiles at our reception desk, help yourself to a coffee at our coffee bar & relax.
